ISSUES

Affordability

Floridians are working harder than ever, but the cost of living keeps climbing. Ash is committed to making life more affordable—by lowering insurance costs, holding the line on taxes, and protecting your paycheck.

Accountability

Tallahassee needs leaders who answer to the people, not political insiders. Ash will bring transparency, common sense, and real oversight to how our tax dollars are spent.

Environment

Florida’s waterways, wildlife, and natural lands are central to our economy, our health, and our quality of life. I will fight to protect them by enforcing environmental laws, opposing reckless projects that put our resources at risk, and promoting responsible growth that keeps our communities safe from flooding, pollution, and overdevelopment.

About Senate District 11

Florida Senate District 11 spans the scenic Nature Coast, serving Citrus, Hernando, and Sumter counties, along with parts of Pasco County. From the historic streets of Brooksville to the Gulf waters off Crystal River, and from the growing communities of Spring Hill to the charm of Wildwood and Bushnell, the district is as diverse in landscape as it is in people. The seat is currently vacant following Senator Blaise Ingoglia’s elevation to Florida’s Chief Financial Officer, with a special election scheduled—primary on September 30 and general on December 9, 2025—to fill the remainder of the term.
