Ash Marwah Announces Candidacy for Florida Senate District 11

The Villages, Florida — August 6, 2025 — Local leader and longtime Floridian Ash Marwah has officially launched his campaign for Florida Senate District 11, pledging to put working families first by focusing on affordability, accountability, and protecting Florida’s natural resources.

“I’m running for the Florida Senate because I believe our families deserve real solutions—not political games,” said Ash. “People in this district are worried about how they’re going to afford their insurance, keep their homes safe from flooding, and trust that their tax dollars are being used wisely. I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and get to work for them.”

Ash, a two-time candidate for the Florida House, has deep roots in the community and a reputation for listening first and leading with common sense. His campaign will center on making life more affordable for Floridians, restoring trust in state government, and ensuring that the natural beauty of the Nature Coast is protected for future generations.

“Floridians are proud, resilient, and hard-working—and they deserve leadership that reflects those values,” Ash added. “I’m not running to represent a party. I’m running to represent the people of District 11.”

Ash’s campaign plans to visit communities across Citrus, Hernando, and surrounding counties to listen to voters’ concerns and offer a fresh voice in Tallahassee.
